Great post to start the new year - inspiring even. Healthier eating is something I've been trying to do for the last 3 months. I've lost 15 pounds so far. I'm approaching bad food the same way I quit smoking: evaluating before putting in my mouth and recalling how terrible I feel if ingested (inhaled). Bad associations work for me for some reason. Just remembering how awful I feel after eating something bad is a deterrent!
